Problem Context

ANJ, a leading Design and Build firm in India, needed a website that aligned with its new brand identity—NEXT WAVE—symbolizing innovation in workspaces. The existing website faced critical issues:

Objective

Integrate the NEXT WAVE Concept: Seamlessly incorporate the new brand identity, emphasizing innovation, technology, and sustainability in workspaces.

Address User Pain Points: Improve navigation, responsiveness, and accessibility to create a seamless user experience.

Enhance Usability and Engagement: Simplify information architecture, introduce interactive elements, and showcase ANJ’s 40+ years of expertise in a visually compelling way.

Reinforce Brand Leadership: Position ANJ as a leader in the design and build industry by creating a website that reflects its modern, innovative, and client-centric approach.

Challenges Identified

Poor Navigation: Users struggled to find essential information, leading to frustration.

Lack of Responsiveness: The website was not mobile-friendly, limiting accessibility for a large portion of users.

Weak Brand Identity: The site failed to effectively communicate ANJ’s vision, leadership, and innovative approach.

Outdated Design: A cluttered and disorganized layout made the website feel outdated, misaligned with ANJ’s modern and forward-thinking ethos.

Solutions Implemented

We revamped the ANJ website with a minimalist, responsive design to enhance usability and accessibility, while seamlessly integrating the NEXT WAVE brand identity through modern visuals, interactive elements, and a showcase of ANJ’s 40+ years of expertise. This transformation addressed user pain points and reinforced ANJ’s leadership in innovative workspace solutions.

Enhanced User Experience

Minimalist Design: Created a clean, intuitive layout with clear visual hierarchy to improve navigation and reduce clutter, ensuring users could easily find information.

Responsive Frameworks: Fully optimized the website for all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) to enhance accessibility and provide a seamless experience across platforms.

Interactive Elements: Added micro-interactions, hover effects, and dynamic visuals to make the website more engaging and interactive, guiding users through the interface.

Accessibility Upgrades: Prioritized WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, implementing features like adjustable text sizes, keyboard navigation, and high-contrast color schemes for inclusivity.

NEXT WAVE Brand Integration

Visual Identity: Prominently featured the NEXT WAVE concept throughout the website, using THE NEXT FONT and a cohesive color palette to reinforce ANJ’s new brand identity.

Pillar Showcase: Highlighted ANJ’s core pillars—Future Workspaces, Technology, Transparency, Teamwork, and Sustainability—through modern design and storytelling.

Project Showcase: Created a dedicated section to showcase ANJ’s 40+ years of expertise, including key stats like 100M sq. ft. of office space designed and 1800+ projects delivered.

Streamlined Navigation: Redesigned the menu structure to make it intuitive and user-friendly, with direct links to critical sections like About, Next Wave, Our Work, and Contact.
